Color Blind Hiring - The Algorithm Dilemma

 Color Blind Hiring

With all the racial tension in America, seeking solutions is always warranted.  However solutions can in themselves be problematic.  What has become common is hiring, electing, selecting, and admitting persons based on the color of their skin?  Aptitude, intellect, and common sense is not always a factor, unless it is applied to the color choice at the time.

Let’s start at the top of America’s food chain, the President.  The case in point here is not the President, but the Vice President, Kamala Harris.  Many have questioned the election of Joe Biden, having nothing to do with color, but his stamina, history, ability, contributions, and capabilities. We cannot dismiss the concern he is suffering a decline in his mental recall abilities, certainly his ability to speak extemporaneously.  But when it comes to the VP, the choice seems clear to me was predicated on the intersectionality option of a woman of color.  As an aside, when the term ‘color’ is put forward the implication is anything other than ‘white,’ or caucasian.

Recently Harris has made it clear she was not selected as a high IQ individual, qualified to speak, and to meet with world leaders.  After all she has not even been to Europe.  As if speaking more about vacations than her role as the back up to the leader of the fee world, when asked recently on NBC about visiting the border, seeing for herself what is transpiring there and concerning most Americans, she said, yes she has not been to the border, it is not important, as she has not been to Europe either. There is a crisis at the border, not in Europe.

She did visit Guatemala, and when that President expressed his position that the border calamity is Biden’s fault, she could only refer to her notes on ‘climate control.’ She cannot function on her two feet.  That is why she lost early in her bid as candidate for the Democratic Presidential nomination. Why the Democrat operatives turned to her for the VP slot, it is clear, color and sex. Not brains.  Maybe too, as Obama chose Biden so his VP would not be smarter than him, Biden needed to choose a VP that was not smarter than him either. He paid little attention to her defensive fake laughter routine as well.

Harvard is being sued by an Asian group for being selective in their admission policies by lowering the test scores, by some percentage, of the Asians, so they would be more aligned with other applicants they admit to avoid overweighting with Asians.  Now colleges and universities, I understand, want to be more like a city than a single purpose institution, having diversity on campus.  What I mean is they need athletes, musicians, mathematicians, philosophers, historians, literature buffs, leaders, followers, artists, conservatives, capitalists, even socialists, but they do not need them to be of any particular color, at least not as a requirement.  Of the disciplines mentioned none require a person be asian, black, hispanic, white or of a particular ethnic group.  They can select the most qualified from the lot of those that have applied.  They just need the talents to make the college/university city operate in the most efficient way possible, producing the most competent graduates.  Attract the best, be the best.  Now a college/university can set low standards too, their choice, but how will that reflect on their education standards when their alumni cannot get jobs, or rely on welfare. What do we want our colleges/universities to make of our children?

Business is not the same as a college/university.  They have a mission, generally to produce quality products, or services, maintain a positive reputation, be good citizens, and be profitable.   Standards today seem to be changing.  Recently Lockheed was noted for conducting Critical Race Theory training on white executives, reminding them they are ‘inferior,’ have victimized other people of color for centuries (as if they are doing it today), and to be respectful and totally politically correct in their work environment and as representative of Lockheed.  I am not as familiar with their hiring practices, but I’d venture to guess they have skilled workers in many essential areas as well as others that are not as skilled as they should be, in order to fill a diversity quota.   Businesses should hire on the basis of the applicants ability to do a job, even help to improve the company, to be dependable, a team player, and have the intellect, talent, skills, and willingness to work hard, and contribute to their success as well as the success of the business.

In speaking with a recent venture capitalist, one that is in the market at times raising capital, I was told many (most was my impression) investor groups, institutions primarily, are very conscious of the diversity of the staff of the venture capital firm when choosing to place capital to invest with them.  If all white, that is a problem.  If no women, that is a problem.  All black, or all women, no problem. Where are the standards?  What about the history of the firm in delivering on the investments they make?  Should that not be essential?  Are their investors aware that the entities to whom they have entrusted their hard earned savings may be making investment choices not predicated on the ability to make a return on investment, but to be politically correct?

Political Correctness today clearly has a left leaning politically correct posture. The key to that statement has to do with sexual preferences, not how we are born, male or female.  God decides, not humans. It is being applied, however, by humans, in business, in institutions especially, the government, and schools at all levels. Many work places today, as do the social media sites, have algorithms in their computers on the lookout for word choices to include, black, negro, muslim, islamic, girl, woman, women, trans, gis, gay, bi, Christian, Jesus, God, lesbian, binary, black, nazi, and many others, even variations of the themes, some sentences, some with political meanings, and even the name Trump, being used as spies to root out anyone that does not meet the politically correct requirements imposed.  The politically correct environs create spies; the social media and their algorithms are the most adept as they deal with recorded words every minute,   When you hear the word ‘algorithm’ beware.

They can even apply the methods (algorithms) to the spoken word. And when a workmate, classmate, or past associate blows the whistle on an incident in which a fellow (or person that participates in what they do) was involved, the politics, color and sexual preference of the whistle blower noted as having an impact on their credibility, by Main Stream Media (MSM) standards, then the spy network and the indoctrination to root out the evil non-compliant citizens is working.

The education indoctrination by the left, through issues such as 1619 and CRT, as well as teaching about homosexuality, a woman’s right to choose to end a pregnancy (as birth control), and a falsified history of America cannot be ignored.  It must be resisted.  School Boards are all to occupied with politically correct leftist liberals who want the indoctrination to continue.  The purpose of a school is to teach reading, writing, communication, arithmetic, history, and english, at all levels.  It is not a forum for political preferences nor opinions.  Students must be taught to develop their own opinions, make choices based on what they learn, not how they are trained. And what they learn must be the honest truth.  Our system must be structure to educate, not indoctrinate.

Back to color.  Train all students with the same information, with good teachers, and with proper curriculums.  Tenure in education has allowed for far too many educators becoming dispassionate about their students and their subjects,  They are more interested in their paycheck and their security, than in actually teaching their students.  They have Unions that protect their status.  They are neither challenged nor current, in many ways. When institutions lower their entry standards, or testing requirements to make a playing field more level, they reduce the quality of the education students can and should receive.

Families must fight for equal standards.  Not equity.  “Equity” is a politically correct false premise.   There are problems in our society.  There are too many children being raised in single family homes, or no proper homes, without fathers, and without guidance.  This is the area that needs study and needs leadership to impress upon all our children, indoctrinating them properly, that family and faith, belief in God, are essential to growth and prosperity.  Where this is not present today is where the problems lie.  Comparisons must be made based on family units. If this is done the outcomes might surprise you.

Color only matters when the numbers seem to favor or disfavor one color over another, or one ethnic group over another.   Then the MSM and the politically racist begin chanting a need for more ‘equity.’  That word again.  It is not money that solves problems. It can help, but certainly not when the bureaucracy steals from the funds available or prefers strings attached when dispensed favoring its wants.  Money corrupts.  Power corrupts absolutely.

If all applicants could be considered without a need to check boxes based on color, religion, or ethnicity, or without a photo, and with non-face-to-face interviews, the increased level of productivity, intellectual acuity and responsible government would be wonderful. Maybe then the ‘equity’ promoters would see a need to apply their power elsewhere, as on family structure, educational standards and opportunity, freedom of speech and faith, and the truth.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to use this piece. We wish you all luck placing it elsewhere. Cordially, The Editorial Features Staff”  My submission was at 11:30am 6/9/2021.  The WSJ response was one hour later, 12:30pm 6/9/2021.  My only thought was even the WSJ has their PC police algorithm working.

The Federal Government as PacMan

The Federal Government as PacMan

The Founders were smart people. History offered many examples of Nations with a single governance, a reliance on leadership from just the top with no local voice or control. That changed in preparing our Constitution allowing individual States, each with their own government, and legislative and judicial bodies to provide checks and balances. The Nation as a whole, when each component was considered, had a role as well.  The borders of the entire Nation, the United States, was to be protected, a military was to be organized, and the rights and freedoms of each individual was to be assured. The States controlled what was within their own boundaries, and that included commerce, labor, education, energy, healthcare, and the environment.  There was no Federal Income Tax, while States had taxing authority.  The Federal Government relied primarily on tariffs and fees for their income.  It was sufficient.

Those elected to the highest position, as President, oversaw the whole, while Senators were each State’s Representatives, as they both (there are two per) interacted as to the entirety of their State’s business, and Congressmen (or persons) had more localized representation, each having a defined district.  Thus from the local level, districts, to the State level, to the national level, America functioned.  Not every State treated its area of responsibility the same, as there were those more concerned about education, while others agriculture, and others trade, travel and its workforce. In effect each State was an experiment or example of how do things correctly, or better, or not at all. The Federal leadership could voice its opinion. The Fed conducted business agreed upon by a legislature composed of congresspersons and Senators, but otherwise the States Rights were to dominate.  From the Capital in Philadelphia to Washington, DC, limits on the power of the Executive Branch, oversight by the Senate and House of Representatives, and the Judicial Branch, maintained the order of the Constitution as originally written.  But that was not enough for many.

Labor

In the early 1900’s (1913) President William F. Taft was aware of labor practices at variance State to State, and unfair practices, akin to children working, long hours, low wages, and improper, unsafe, working conditions, needed to be addressed. (It began after the Civil War when William Sylvis, the most important labor leader of his day, advocated the creation of a Department of Labor. He protested that existing government departments threw their protective arms around every enterprise fostering wealth, while no department had as its "sole object the care and protection of labor.”).  As a whole the legislature voted to create a national Department of Labor, giving the Department control over what States could and could not do with its labor force.  The goal was to improve the work environment, improve living standards, and correct the most egregious and greedy practices of callous business owners.  There were States that had better labor laws than others, but the inconsistencies, the President felt, had to be addressed. The legislature debated and a large majority agreed the bad apples could be culled, the States with poor oversight and influences that caused them to disregard the needs of the worker in favor of the support of the employer (or owners of industry), could be contained and controlled. The Department gave a voice to the worker, enabling them to strike, to resist when conditions were considered bad, and disrupt industry until common ground between employer and worked could be achieved.  The labor union was born.  Labor became a Cabinet position at the Federal level.

Taft signed the legislation to create the Department of labor on the Inauguration Day of his successor, Woodrow Wilson.

Give the labor bosses credit.  There were State level departments and a national Bureau for labor before the Federal Department was created, and they had a voice. The Bureau collected labor statistics and information as to inform national leaders.   All over the nation the labor representatives organized in a fashion to speak for workers, becoming a pressure group on politicians; important to politicians as well for their election success. They were heard.

For and Against Big G

There were ‘progressives’ and ‘conservatives.’ The ‘progressives’ wanted government to have a larger role in society. Conservatives held a generally opposite view. Conservatives have never looked at government power favorably, nor have they wanted government to interfere with our lives, our society. Traditional values which the Founding Fathers (Judeo-Christian values) applied are preferred.

Events

Slavery, Depressions and Wars gave Presidents a stage.

The Civil War is known by most as a battle to free slaves and extinguish slavery.  But it was a conflict between States, the northern Union States and the Southern rebel States. There were  protests against slavery, in new territories and new States, riots and killings by those that wanted it to end. John Brown’s body lies in rest, tried for treason and hanged in Virginia, for taking violent action fighting slavery. Ending slavery was an ongoing battle. The States sanctioning slavery (the Southern States) fought against new territories and new States to keep what they believed was their legal right, concerned a majority of States in opposition would hold sway. Then fearing Lincoln, as President, would declare slavery illegal, the southern States choose to secede.  South Carolina among the first.  But outposts of the government remained and Lincoln sent troops to occupy Fort Sumter to defend the Constitution, declaring secession as treasonous, illegal, and unConstitutional. That was the spark that lit the flame of war.  States Rights were indeed under attack.  The contingent of Southern states joined forces to defend their position.

During the course of the 20th Century other States Rights activities, in addition to labor, were addressed by bureaucrats wanting national control.  Commerce, education, energy and healthcare found new and growing Departments in Washington.

FDR, elected as a Democrat in 1932, was enabled by the people to increase federal level power.  The New Deal and federal programs, new and expansion of old, was made possible.  The government work force grew.

School integration, under JFK, and The Civil Rights laws, Lyndon Johnson the champion, created another level of expansion of power and control, as well as the dole for welfare and entitlements.

The mantra of never wasting an opportunity to grow government at the federal level is true and history proves it has been effective, more for the progressives than the conservatives, the Democrats than the Republicans.

As recently as the mid-70’s, under Democrat President Jimmy Carter, a man with a high IQ, but little understanding or experience in foreign affairs and world issues, brought Energy into the Big Tent after the energy crisis, and Education too.  The Feds took over and could now impose their will, expanded, not unlimited, on matters regarding each discipline.  Where there was Federal land rich in fossil fuel resources, within the boundaries of a State, the Fed could decide to drill or not to drill.  It created licensing fees, paid to the Fed, too. The max speed limit was imposed nationally at 55 mph.  Public Schools with subsidies provided from the Feds could have certain nationalized requirements within their curriculums.

The power of the Federal Government kept growing at the expense of States Rights.

Income Taxes

We need to consider the application of Federal Income Taxes in this discussion.  Once the Federal Income Tax system, the IRS, was established, the Feds saw another string they could pull giving them more power over States.  Moneys flowed into the Federal government from every State.  This supported the activities of the Federal Government and provided the expense money to carry out its role and support the Departments, old and new.  After that which the Federal operations required there was money to be allocated each State.  However the choice was made to help those in need by giving more to the poorer States (than collected) than the richer States.  A form of wealth transference, but in ways some may consider fair, and others consider unfair.  More to the point, however, is the Federal Government dispensed those dollars with conditions, conditions the recipients had to meet to, effectively, have money their own State’s citizens paid repatriated for programs such as heath, education, infrastructure, and so forth.  This gave, gives, the Federal Government even more power to impose its will on each State.

As an aside, the IRS was formed (1862) to raise taxes to support the Civil War.  Temporary then, it expired, and in 1913, the 16th Amendment passed authorizing Congress to impose a tax on income. Taxes were to be used to aide in the development of our great nation, fiscal responsibility considered.  That means a balanced budget.  But when deficit spending was discovered, borrowing to cover desired programs with expenditures beyond the capacity of annual tax revenues, the politicians saw their opportunity to spend, appealing to their constituents that what they were doing was a good thing.  With this thought in mind consider Biden’s proposed 6 trillion spending habit while total revenue each year today in about 3.4 trillion. Now the money will be spent over time, but the projected increase in debt each year is about 1.5 trillion.  Biden wants to do today what FDR was doing after the depression, with New Deal and Great Society programs in mind.

Erosion

As you can see the process over time since the signing of the Constitution has purposefully  eroded the Rights of our nations’s States to now do the dictates of the Federal government. They have done it directly by creating Departments and programs, and surreptitiously using tax dollars to benefit the States, as grants, from the States citizens themselves, but with Federal requirements imposed.

More power to the Federal Government, I contend, is not great for America. Call me a conservative.

When It Comes to Your Vote

From this years, March 1, LA Times, a headline, “Democrats’ sweeping voting bill would make biggest election changes in decades.”  The article noted, “House Resolution 1 (For The People Act of 2021), the Democrats’ 791-page bill, would touch virtually every aspect of the electoral process, striking down hurdles to voting erected in the name of election security, curbing partisan gerrymandering and curtailing the influence of big money in politics. Republicans see those measures as threats that would both limit the power of States to conduct elections and ultimately benefit Democrats, notably with higher turnout among minority voters.”   Democrats seek national standards, denying States election procedures, expanded mail-in voting, multiple drop boxes, no voter IDs, extended days pre-election day to cast ballots in person, 24 hour voting, and ballot harvesting. Most persons accept the idea of picture ID’s to vote, but the discussion continues with protests against using the argument that many minorities would be disenfranchised as a result. Yet there are so many areas where ID’s are required, to board a plane, to enter a federal building, to affirm your drinking age, and even obtain a national park pass.  The proposed bill imposes the will of the Federal government anew on States Rights.

Just a few details to consider.  One item in the bill is federal matching of contributions for ‘qualified’ candidates.  Then there is the requirement of 10 years of tax returns for Presidential and VP candidates. If not freely given, the Treasury Department is authorized to release the information. The internet could be used to register and to vote.  States would be prohibited from requiring applicants to provide more than last 4 digits of Social Security number. A voter could register and obtain an absentee ballot at the same time. Obtain a drivers license and be automatically registered to vote. Minors could be used as volunteers, involved in the election process. Registration for persons under 18 years of age permitted. Enables people with disabilities to vote privately in their homes, register too. Register once for absentee ballot and receive all future ballots. The Bill suggests, “No effect on elections for State and local office.” The Bill was predicated in part on “Congress also finds that States and localities have eroded access to the right to vote through restrictions on the right to vote including excessively onerous voter identification requirements, burdensome voter registration procedures, voter purges, limited and unequal access to voting by mail, polling place closures, unequal distribution of election resources, and other impediments.” Congress could deal with gerrymandering if the redistricting was not to their standards. Congress could deal with “intentional racial discrimination, structural racism, and the ongoing structural socioeconomic effects of historical racial discrimination” as it deems appropriate. More latitude would be given felons voting (racial discrimination the argument). And more would be done to enable eligible college students to vote, aided and abetted on campus. There is so much more.  I encourage you to read the Bill.

The Bill was passed by the House on 3/3/2021, and awaits Senate approval.

Local Level Control Next

Today the Federal government wants to have control at the local level too, where zoning and busing and housing are considered by communities.  Obama did this with AFFH, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, regulations.   Before fully implemented Trump stopped AFFH, while now Biden intends to revive AFFH.  What it means is that Federal money that flows to your community, for infrastructure or housing, and other grants, may only be possible with changes to zoning and concentrations of wealthy communities and poor communities.

Do not ignore AFFH.  It could come to your street or neighborhood. School districts altered to improve student achievement (lowering averages, not raising them). School enrollment opened to mitigate ‘disparities to access opportunities.’ Where neighborhoods exist around citizens of similar education or income, there will be changes. There would be a ‘de-concentration’ of poor neighborhoods, meaning that there will also be a de-concentration of wealthy neighborhoods.  The Federal government will do all the defining.  Compliance will be mandated, and funding for area projects approved or denied based on meeting the dictates of the Feds, the progressives in charge. Requirements to teach Critical Race Theory (CRT) and the 1619 Project from the ‘woke’ leftists will be imposed.  The dividing nature and racial tones will continue, erroneously I must add.  Subsidized housing will be approved for construction in areas you would never expect, zoning laws revised by decree or ignored by executive order. Where there is to be ‘non-discrimination’ there is to be subsidized housing (nearer to you than you think).  There are those that refer to all this as ‘social engineering,’ which it is.  And the guilt trip to be applied will be led with the term ‘racist’ or ‘racism,’ as now being employed wherever Critical Race Theory (CRT) is imposed on your children or your co-workers.

America Left Behind

America is becoming what the Founders wanted left behind, a nation controlled by despotic, power craving leaders, whose own desires are to be imposed, to the greatest extent possible.  made possible by reducing the voices and the power of the people at State and now local levels.  The Congress has become a place where representative’s political Party has become more important and essential to their personal power and wealth than the States they represent. How did that all happen?  Socialism was never part of the grand scheme, but it is the desire of the progressives that occupy not only the White House, but much of the employee base within the myriad of Departments and program centers in our Nations Capital. A government that provides for everyone, insuring a livable wage, even if you do to work, heath care and shelter, at taxpayer expense, considering it a right, has become a requirement.  That is not what the Bill of Rights provides.

Whether this means anything or not, according to the Pew Research Center, public favorability of state government, or States Rights, is greater than that of the Federal Government. This is being fought every day by progressives, who seem to be making more progress in their objective of big government, a nanny state, than conservatives.  The trend is towards ‘socialism.’  It cannot be ignored.

We will know in 2022, when there is an election of House members and about 1/3 of Senators, if what the public favors, according to Pew, will be reflected in the outcome and the nature of the politics of those elected, replaced or remaining in office.

One last point.  The Federal bureaucracy has become large and unwieldy.  When new representatives and Presidents arrive they can do little to change the bureaucracy.  It is as a pyramid, a peak at the top of a large base.  The base is the bureaucracy and the top the new office holders.  The new bring with them appointed persons to fill and head Departments and others posts.  In authority they are to enjoy the established base of capable government servants to aide in advancing their new ideas.  This is when it all faces unexpected hurdles.  Those entrenched, long term workers with sinecure, have their own political biases, which depending upon the Administration can resist change or advance changes. Their departments operate because of them, not because of the newly elected. They have their loyalties and patience.  It is very difficult to fire a government worker.  Their union is strong and regulations protect them.  So if they do not agree with new policies they can drag their feet, delay, and wait until a preferred Administration comes to town.  It would take many terms in office of a given Party to alter the Federal employee landscape to change the current mindset.

Washington is a quagmire. It is a voting block of its own.  It has its own objectives.  Presidents may come and go, but the established, rooted base, will remain and continue to grow.  They write the laws and enforce the laws.  They use the office holders as their puppets.  Behind the scenes they put forward their agenda and give the representative a platform prepared in advance. New bills are written with names of representatives attached, as street signs on roads, their biases considered.  If a representative is in sympathy with the ideals of the base, they become champions.  Included in the body-politic, as banners waving for public policy, are members of the main stream media, able to feed information to the citizenry as wanted, politically motivated, and always protective of the pyramid’s base.

A New Pyramid

We need a new pyramid in Washington, not just symbols at its apex.  And we need to restore power to the States. We need to protect the power and local decisions made independent of federal desires.  Give them authority anew over energy, health, education and more. Such would enable multiple examples from which to choose the most workable, the most efficient, and the most popular.  That would require the Federal Government to give up Departments, give up power and control, and more, actually reduce taxes, as less would be needed to cover the expense of many bloated areas and programs.

 CRT, Religion, and Family

America Under Attack

Critical Race Theory (‘CRT’) is an attack on America, our foundational values. This Nation was established to be free of religious persecution. That is exactly what the Democrat cabal supporting and promoting CRT are doing, suppressing religious freedom, with an emphasis on those that believe in Christ. Is this the devil’s work?

Europeans, Spaniards, came to America as they could not travel East seeking trade due to the Ottoman Empire. The Islamic dominance prevented non-Muslims from traveling across their land into China and the Far East.  They then discovered a new land. In doing so a door was opened to an opportunity for oppressed persons to find opportunity and rise up to improve their lives and generations to follow. It became a pathway to freedom.  It was never easy. But they realized too their coattails could bring others with them.

As there is a fear of liberal attitudes coming to Red States, so too the greedy and controlling came to the shores of America to take advantage for themselves, bringing with them habits most other adventurers wanted gone. And they fought the system, while the new world adventurers created more than just better conditions for themselves. People of non-European decent, those enslaved, mostly black, but not all, were set free, emancipated. That is not 1619, but 1776 and continued success by the have-nots seeking better lives.

The trends for minorities until the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 were positive.  United families, growth in income generation, better living conditions and lives, as well as acceptance were all upward. Since then political opportunity provided rhetoric and promises, and great qualities of dollars, but the trend flattened, even declined, especially with regard to faith and family.

CRT is effectively the liberal elitists that came along for the ride bringing their bully nature, resisting change, and pushing their way back to the top. They find facts, too often distorted, to grow a systematic racist narrative useful in collecting support and notoriety. They incite mobs to plow their case; chants of racism are followed by a path of destruction and blind Main Stream Media pundits extolling needs for equity.  Equality is not the point, but redistribution of wealth, and a dumbing down of curriculums so as not to create distinctions between those that achieve and those that do not.  A Democracy can allow the majority, as a mob, to lead by mob rule, to eventually be contained by the victorious left oppressing and suppressing anew. They need to take hold first.

They began by seeking to weaken States Rights, bringing into the Federal tent the ability of oversight on State’s decisions, starting with Labor, and spreading to Commerce, Energy, Education, the environment, Healthcare, and more. They use citizens tax dollars, from States, to repatriate to States but with attached strings, those strings useful in imposing the will of those in power at the national level.

The Main Stream Media is not main stream at all, but an outgrowth of the progression of a permitted liberal incursion into our public school system. While the capitalists worked, the liberals undermined that which parents sought best for their children, their education, open minds, by teaching what these non-producer thinkers, writers, artists, turned teachers and professors on the dole of the education system created.

Fooled by their own striving, the capitalists have had their ideals eroded by those in the Arts they generously supported.

Faithful Givers

CRT is an attack on the Family.  The family is the bulwark that equalizes opportunity for everyone. The left attempts to relate success with race, ignoring the relationship of success to family.  Such an analysis proves children from all races, when they have family to guide them, compete and succeed quite equally. It is the Church that works the hardest to keep families together, to encourage and maintain family values; certainly more dedicated and purposed than the government.

At the same time charity was and is being taken from the churches and non-profits by the Government as to not allow any influence by them that would counter the wants of the liberal elitist establishment. Now CRT is a more open, overt attack, the final blow, potentially, along with the 1619 project, to curtail the Constitutional originalists from keeping what was the basis for our inspirational new world nation.  Judeo-Christian values are subject to ridicule, disregarded and thwarted.

Family Ignored

The statistics used by the Left to mount their defense of CRT lacks credibility as it ignores the role of family in raising children and the impact on racial inequities. There are no inequities when family is present.  Statistics support this. Those yelling ‘racist’ and ‘white supremacy’ any chance they can use comparative facts useful to their claim, but not truthful to the real argument. Blacks need to do more to keep families intact. Obama was a student of Derrick Bell and helped launch CRT and its ‘revenge society’ modus operandi.  Biden seems to be blindly following in his path, but with less knowledge of what he is actually doing, thus the progressives are in charge, ignoring history and wanting anew what has proven to not work in the past.  But now they use their own facts, their own truth.  Neither of which are facts nor truth.

From a 2019 Report by the Institute for Family Studies, “Black students living with both married parents had (school) suspension rates that not only were less than half as large as those for other blacks, but also less than the suspension rate for white students from families that weren't intact.”

So CRT fails to consider the direct correlation between intact families and household income.  Does that suggests to you, as it does to me, that Democrats, the liberal left cabal, does not even want to consider the destruction of the traditional nuclear family being much greater in black and hispanic communities than in white and asian communities.

It is not about racial income inequalities. As is suggested by the chart below.

A study by kidscount.com, shows Children with Two Parent Families by Race, the period 2013-2015, Asians 84%, Whites (alone) 77%, Hispanic/Latinos 66%, and Blacks (alone) 37%.  The problems arise in the black communities, in fact all of the racist ethnic communities, from the single parent homes, and obviously, with Blacks in the majority in single family homes, having greater problems in society, financially, opportunistically, and criminally, due to the lack of proper guidance and oversight they receive.  This is not true in every instance.

Here is some additional information, the percent of teens growing up with married biological parents is over 50% for whites, less than 20% for blacks, 40% for hispanics, and over 60% for asians. Teenagers are at a critical stage for learning, being active, being influenced and either succeeding (achieving) or failing (underachieving). The influence and controls imposed by parents have significant positive benefits for every child, whether or not they think that is the case.

The CRT Lie

Considering all the facts it becomes obvious the basis for CRT is ‘racism,’ but not that of whites versus blacks, but of the theorists attempting to stir the caldron of the witches political brew.  Black leadership has not defended the family or stressed the need for family integrity within its own community.  Family structure in black communities has been on a decline since the Civil Rights Act of 1964, legislation which Democrats pushed hard for and continue to add to the entitlement and welfare dole made possible.  But has it helped poor and black communities and families.  It has not, yet CRT pushes its narrative that the system of white persons, political aspirants, yet mostly Democrats, have subjected Blacks to a lower class state.  They have caused blacks to be less educated and earn less money.

Planned Parenthood will not release statistics on the number of abortions by race, but it is not hard to surmise it is much greater for minorities, blacks and latinos. From the May 26, 2021 Washington Examiner, Abortions Twisted Logic…., “The tragic reality is that 79% of Planned Parenthood abortion facilities are located within walking distance of neighborhoods that have proportionately higher populations of black or Latina women. An analysis of census tract data clearly documents that this kingpin of the abortion industry targets women of color, selling them the illusion that they must choose between career advancement and the lives of their babies. Any doubt about this skewed impact on women of color would be dispelled if Planned Parenthood were to publish data on the proportion of its abortion clients who are minorities. Planned Parenthood pointedly declines to release this data.”

America’s population is about 13% black, Hispanic and Latino 16%, yet the abortion rate for blacks and latinos far exceeds the percentages, more, I estimate, in the 70-75% range for each.  What does this say about any interest in child rearing, or family.  These clinics have become birth control centers for sexually overactive persons.

No More CRT

So CRT should instead by stressing the need for family, and how, teach how, society can go about keeping and maintaining the family unit.  Faith is a big part of the answer.  No more CRT, instead introduce BFP, Black Family Planning.

CRT cannot cause families to feel guilty, and they cannot cause whites, Asians, or Latinos to feel guilty when they still maintain families and believe in families.  The Blacks need more champions for family values.  It is not white supremacy that caused blacks to not marry, to divorce or have multiple children out of wedlock.  The CRT narrative is a racist narrative all by itself, trying to cover the systematic flaws that Democrats created while attempting to and claiming to improve civil rights.  Civil Rights were improving on their own.  This is the nature of a great Nation growing.  The only group that can mess it all up is government when politics becomes more important than WeThePeople.

Here are a couple questions.  In college, how will a Critical Race Theory education help a student’s job skills or preparedness for the workplace.  What skills does it provide?  For a high-schooler, even elementary school student, how does Critical Race Theory aide in learning the basics, of reading, writing and arithmetic.  Does it make them a better learner, or a bitter person?  It only advances grievance between races, even appears to attempt at making liberals a racist, as any comment from the right, regardless of race, that opposes the progressives desire to implement 1619 or CRT, makes them a ‘racist.

Our centers of education must not be allowed to become indoctrination centers for leftist contrived historical desires.
